🌸BIWA Pop-Up Market a Wonderful Success Ahead of Mother’s Day🌸🩷
BIWA’s Pop-Up Market on Saturday 9 May was once again a fantastic day filled with community spirit, shopping, friendship and fun.
Perfectly timed ahead of Mother’s Day, guests enjoyed browsing a wonderful variety of stalls featuring everything from delicious food treats and handmade goodies to clothing, shoes and beautiful jewellery — making it the ideal opportunity to find something special for Mum or simply spoil yourself.
The market was also enriched by the presence of several charitable organisations that joined us to share information about the important work they do within the Bali community.
One of the highlights of the day was a beautiful Balinese dance performance by two incredibly talented young girls aged just six and seven years old. Their confidence, grace and charm delighted guests and added a truly authentic Balinese touch to the event.
Events like these require an enormous amount of behind-the-scenes organisation, and Donna’s dedication and many hours of coordination played a huge part in making the day such a success.
We were once again warmly welcomed by Suriwathi Hotel and Villas, whose ongoing support helps create the relaxed and friendly atmosphere our guests have come to love. We already look forward to the next BIWA Pop-Up Market.
The day also would not have run so smoothly without our wonderful BIWA volunteers, who assisted with welcoming guests, selling merchandise and collecting donations in support of BIWA’s ongoing community programs.
Adding to the atmosphere, Hatten Wines generously supplied welcome drinks for guests, helping everyone settle in for an enjoyable afternoon of shopping and socialising.
Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the event. Together we continue to build a strong, caring and connected community in Bali.
