Following our Social Welfare meeting earlier today, the BIWA team gathered for an exciting Gala Committee Meeting to finalize details for our upcoming Studio 54 Gala! Taking place this Saturday, October 10, at The Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort, the anticipation and energy in the room were electric as Jane and Donna led the comprehensive walkthrough.
Together, we reviewed every detail to ensure an unforgettable evening. We covered the entire event flow, starting with smooth guest registration, followed by a detailed review of the evening’s schedule, rundown, floor plan, and elegant table settings. We also fine-tuned plans for our thrilling raffle tickets and silent auction items, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience while raising vital funds. Clear directions and team assignments were established so everyone knows their exact role.
All members agreed on the plan and are thrilled to take on their responsibilities. There is a strong shared passion to make this night run seamlessly, ensuring everyone has fun while making a lasting, positive difference in the lives of the Balinese people!
