Our guest speaker, Dr. Patrick Monsarrat, shared valuable insights on key emergency numbers, the importance of sharing them with trusted contacts, and being prepared for unexpected situations. He emphasised that having proper insurance, accessible emergency funds, and essential legal documents in place allows individuals to respond quickly, confidently, and effectively during critical moments.
The session on Will and Estate Planning, led by guest speakers Gareth and Ni Luh Sari, focused on preparing for the future with clarity and care. The discussion explored how creating a will ensures your wishes are respected, protects your loved ones, and minimises complications. Estate planning also helps organise assets, appoint trusted executors, and provide financial security in unforeseen circumstances. It encourages open communication and proper documentation, offering peace of mind that everything you’ve worked for will be managed according to your wishes.
