Today, Sep 7th 2026, a dedicated team of members gathered at the Cellardoor / Hatten Wines for a productive Healthy Day volunteer meeting.
The briefing focused on essential rules, regulations, and duties to ensure every volunteer understands their specific role and maintains the highest standards of safety and organization throughout the event.
To keep operations running seamlessly, the team walked through a detailed floor plan designed to optimize foot traffic and guarantee a smooth flow of health services for all attendees.
Following the operational walkthrough, everyone shifted gears into hands-on preparation, efficiently packing numerous sembako (essential food supply) packages to support the community.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the BIWA (Bali International Women's Association) members who donated their time, energy, and hands to help assemble and prep everything so seamlessly.
